Councilwoman Juliana Pavan's Bill for the creation of a bank of civil construction materials supplied by donations for needy families to be able to carry out works in their homes, now has the support of the Civil Construction Industry Union, Sinduscon. Where this last Thursday, (28/04), the president of the body will be one of the great supporters for this project to go ahead.
One of the biggest difficulties faced by the most needy families regarding the infrastructure of their homes is having the necessary capital to carry out renovation works in the places. Thus, councilor Juliana Pavan presented a Bill in Balneário Camboriú that aims to promote the creation of a bank of civil construction materials that would be a support for these families obtain the necessary resources and engage in works within their homes.
Thus, the main objective of the civil construction materials bank is to receive donations of these materials and, mainly, to receive waste and rejects from other works in the city that can still be reused in future projects. In this way, the councilor intends to find partnerships with companies in the construction industry to pass on the leftover materials, in order to enable a greater development of these residences and, consequently, a more dignified quality of life for these vulnerable families.
In this way, integration with Sinduscon is essential, since the agency could assist in the intermediation with construction companies for the implementation of the project in the city and, with that, attract more and more investors and collaborators to take this initiative forward. Sinduscon is an organization that has thousands and thousands of companies associated to him and, with minimal support to the councilor's Bill, the city of Balneário Camboriú could get some of these companies to make donations of materials to be used in this civil construction project.
After the release of the councilor's Bill this week and the appeal made to the union through it, the president of Sinduscon was very favorable to the initiative and stated that it is very valid and an extremely important contribution to the low-income community, besides that it also aims to meet the needs of civil construction companies, since the partnerships could also bring benefits to these companies.
Thus, President Nelson Nitz commented on the need for more projects such as the bank of materials for works by needy families and stated that “We are in favor of the project that needs full attention and study in its operationalization so that it can effectively be put into operation. ”. Councilwoman Juliana Pavan thanked the support offered by Sinduscon and commented that "Sinduscon's support is fundamental for the creation of the law, I thank you on behalf of the population that will benefit from the reception and availability to contribute to the cause, through their associates”.
Now, the councilor awaits the vote on the Bill in the Chamber of Deputies and, if everything goes as expected, new future partnerships with Sinduscon to make the bank of civil construction materials even more viable.
