Act as a field operator in O&M services of conventional substations of HVDC electric power substations in Extra High, High, Medium and Low Voltage, including inspection and maintenance routines. The scope of this action is in the cities of Garruchos/Santo Angelo and Itá located respectively in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina.
Assignment
Routine inspection of equipment, Isolation and blocking of areas and equipment for release for maintenance, Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance when necessary. Perform maneuvers in the yard equipment, energizing or de-energizing areas, monitor the general operation of the converters, by checking the equipment temperature, voltage level, active power, reactive power, valve firing angle. Maintenance Management System (IDUS), where all failures and points in the process of deterioration must be updated and recorded. Check areas released after maintenance before energizing them by the Dispatching Operator, check and report the conditions of the facilities in general. Analysis of the Work Permit (PDT) and verification of the equipment maneuvers necessary to release the area for Maintenance, using the maneuver guides for isolation. Inspect equipment that presents abnormalities, record information on alarms and protections operated and take the necessary measures to resolve the situation, ensure the safety of the facilities, carry out activities in the field and in the office. Technical contacts with external and/or internal customers. Knowledge of operating routines of AT substations. Use of typical phraseology for communication with ANEEL / ONS. Compliance with ABB's and customers' Technical and Safety Procedures and Administrative Standards. Participation in field events, such as scheduled maintenance shutdowns for equipment repair. Issuance of technical reports, especially those aimed at inspection of substations and maintenance of electrical equipment. Quality control of field instruments, verification of the state of conservation, need for replacement, validity of measurement, etc.
