The president of the LM Group, Luiz Mendonça Filho, holder of the AuraBrasil brand, states that the main objective of the investment of at least R$ 100 million is to carry out the purchase of new brands / equipment that may allow Aura to expand from more expressively in the market in which it already operates. Currently, they are major producers of agricultural machinery and equipment rental. 

The brand's main business plan for the next years, to start covering new sectors of the market at the same time that it intends to go to new Brazilian regions. In other words, they should have an even more expressive appreciation. The strategy was taken after an intense market analysis, which showed that it is promising to start the expansion process. 

Mendonça Filho argues that the company's plans are to have accelerated growth. And not only is an expressive amount of value that must be applied to the market, but it is also estimated that there will be generation of new jobs: according to its press conference, it has been determined that the headcount is expected to increase by at least 15%.

In this way, structuring strategies that can strengthen the brand name in the country is now, more than anything, ideal. The amount of R$ 100 million is also expected to be used for advertising and marketing purposes.

The purchase of new equipment should make the company's processes more streamlined and automated. In this way, they will have even more name in the area of the civil sector, which would have been heavily impacted since 2015. And in 2021, according to IBGE data, the year would have ended with one of the worst inflations already had highs. THE high inflation of machinery would have been boosted by the Covid-19 pandemic, which caused more than half a million dead in our country. 

Aura Brasil has been working with other segments since 2020 that go well beyond the industry, such as the area of medicines. The LM Group intends to incorporate even more services and products.
